Manoush'eh is a cherished national pie in the Levantine cuisine, and a traditional freshly baked flatbread that is eaten on the go, topped with your choice of fresh ingredients, herbs, homemade seasoning, meat, cheese, or sweet treats. Due to its versatility, it has the ability to be worked into every meal of the day and can served as is or wrapped around a filling.

a simple disc of dough pressed flat and baked with a topping of zaatar (wild thyme, sumac, sesame seeds and oil), satisfying and tasty, is a truly simple commodity.
